If you witness possible ICE enforcement

Know what to do

  • What to do: Call the Rapid Response Network (RRN) 408-290-1144 (add to your contacts) for trained legal observers to be dispatched in real time. If you're a US citizen and it is safe to do so, calmly approach, ask person being detained for their name & a family member's phone #, Call RRN and share information

  • What not to do: Do not post photos or videos of ICE activity on social media w/out context - incomplete or unverified info can spread fear and misinformation

Happy New Year

Let's work together to stop Trump 2.0 terrible policies

Just one week into 2026, and we are already living in a complete circus. Defeating the Trump administration at the ballot box in November isn’t just important, it’s critical for our democracy and the world beyond our borders. Let’s make 2026 the year we turn frustration into action.

No Kings III was a great success in Los Gatos

1250+ people rallied against Trump and his administration

On March 28th, an estimated 8 million people took to the streets across more than 3,300 events in all 50 states — making this the largest single-day demonstration in U.S. history.

Right here in Los Gatos, 1,250 of us lined Los Gatos Boulevard standing together and saying clearly: No War. No ICE. No Kings.

Special shout out to George, Lisa, and Jandy for putting together a very successful No Kings III and to everyone who participated.

Our two counters, armed with official clickers, reported 1250+ attendees. This is huge!

Jim Katzman with Pro Bono Photo covered the event. You can see his pictures here.

Coming on May 1 - No School - No Work - No Shopping

Participate to one local event

Following the examples of the 2006 Day Without Immigrants, Black-led corporate campaigns that have unseated CEOs, and Minnesota’s resistance to occupation, thousands of organizations across the country are calling for a day of No School, No Work, No Shopping to disrupt the violent billionaire takeover of our country and to put working families first.

On May 1, 2026, workers, students, and families rally, march, and take action across the country to demand a nation that puts workers over billionaires, with many refusing business as usual through No School. No work. No Shopping.

Local events include:

  • San Jose - 2 PM - Story & King

  • Mountain View - 5:30 PM - Rengstorf Park to Civic Center

  • Santa Cruz - 12 PM - UC Santa Cruz

Take the pledge here and check for local events here.

Ask your elected representatives to stop funding ICE

Call or email your senators and representative

Funding for DHS ran out on February 13, triggering a partial government shutdown. Republicans had a choice between supporting massively popular, desperately needed restrictions on ICE and Border Patrol or shutting down DHS, they chose to shut down DHS.

Join the public backlash to force Republicans to back down. Let’s make sure Democrats keep up the fight and Republicans agree to a bill that protects our communities and civil rights. Indivisible has provided scripts and the easiest way for you to:

  • Call your Senators here

  • Call your Representative here

  • Email your Senators and Representative here

Encourage your friends, family and neighbors to do the same!
