SB 1236 creates an annual enrollment period for Medigap and protect people from being penalized for having pre-existing conditions.

SB 94 allows courts to consider old cases in light of changes in the law since the 1970s and 1980s, thereby applying the law more fairly. This bill does not guarantee resentencing or release. Any individual who is granted resentencing by a judge will then need to go before the parole board, who will make a determination about their suitability for release.

In support of AB 544 (Bryan), which requires that county jails provide a polling location that permits any eligible incarcerated person to register to vote and vote at the county jail.
