After the film, meet historian, educator, playwright and author DR. CLAYBORNE CARSON, in conversation with LISA RATNER, attorney and LWVPA president, who will speak to the Voter ID initiative (Prop39) on the upcoming California ballot, and how to host a neighborhood “What’s On Your Ballot” gathering in September.
