This Inauguration Weekend, in the lead up to MLK Day, from Friday, January 17th through Monday, January 20th, Indivisible groups nationwide will unite for the Help Over Hate: MLK Weekend of Service.

Rather than sink into pre-Inauguration Day depression, Indivisible is urging people to plan community service actions, especially to support groups that will be targeted by the Trump Administration.
Possible volunteer opportunities in our area include:

• Plant Trees with Our City Forest on January 18 - 8:30 AM to 12 PM, Bruzzone Park in San Jose.

• Clean up Coyote Creek with Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful on January 20 - 9 AM to 12 PM, Selma Olinder Dog Park in San Jose.

• Marijane Hamann Park Community Day with SJ Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services on January 20 - 8:45 AM to 12 PM, Marijane Hamman Park in San Jose.
