The NY Dems Voter Assistance Hotline is a crucial resource for voters throughout the state. As a trained hotline volunteer, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information on all aspects of voting, ensuring that every voter can cast a ballot that counts.

This one-hour training session will cover the basics of NY election law, the resources and software you'll use to answer questions, and an overview of the helpline rules and objectives. There is a separate, one-hour training session that gives a more in-depth overview of the technology used as a hotline volunteer.
